*Standard Plan does not include any small task hours. This plan is customized for fairly simple websites (static content), only needing occasional content updates (less than 1 hour per quarter) and want to ensure there are no website security or performance issues.
This package is to ensure website visitors arrive at a secure, healthy, and functional website. Typically, clients who own a service-based business purchase this package.
*Premium Plan is customized for clients who aim to grow their business, never want to login to their website, require content updates, and want to see search engine ranking improve over time. This plan includes exclusive support and monitoring, custom Google Analytics reporting, Google Business Profile updates, and want to better understand how users engage with their website.

WordPress Core STANDARD
Security patches, and updates pushed out by WordPress. Database backups (before & after website updates) and functionality testing. Major & Minor core releases.

Theme STANDARD
Parent & Child Theme updates and ensure all licenses are active. (I use Elementor Pro Theme & Pro License). Pro license is included as long as monthly payments are up to date.

Plugins STANDARD
I perform complete website backup (before & after updates). Update all plugins and perform website functionality testing.

PHP Version STANDARD
PHP is the coding language that WordPress is written in. In order to perform PHP updates, it is required that I have access to hosting, domain, and DNS.

Backups STANDARD
WordPress files, WordPress Database, Theme/Plugin files, Image/Media files, and all other supporting files. Keeping a fresh copy of your website helps to ensure if there is ever a need to restore the site, I can do so and also mitigate extensive down-time. Regular monthly backups are included.

Website Hosting STANDARD
Website Hosting gives your website a place to live. If your Domain Name is the address of your house, then the website hosting is the actual house that address points to. Hosting is required, and I take the burden off my clients by managing this for them.

CDN (Content Delivery Network), firewall, and performance layer for your website. A content delivery network (CDN) is a group of servers spread out over a region or around the world that work together to speed up content delivery on the web

Security & Performance STANDARD
I monitor the health of all client websites to ensure optimal performance and all components that support the website are up to date. To improve security I Monitor & Block website threats, limit login attempts, and monitor all website activity.

1 Hour Small Tasks *PREMIUM
The Premium Plan is customized for clients who never want to login to their website and prefer that we handle all website related work. Time does not carry over from previous months.

Analytic Reports *PREMIUM
Monthly Google Analytics reporting is included in the premium package, and the advanced reporting filters are implemented based on business requirements.

Google Business Profile *PREMIUM
Ranking your business on Google to show in search results helps your business generate more leads. We assist in updating your Google Business Profile and getting your business listed on Google.
The maintenance and support package I offer is a preventive measure to ensure WordPress core, minor patches, theme updates, plugin updates are implement efficiently and timely. In addition to keeping the website up to date, I implement security feature, and block threats when identified.
I also perform full off-site backups before and after website updates to mitigate risk associated with data loss and downtime.
When a client chooses not to purchase a Hosting & Maintenance plan, the client takes full responsibility for the security, data, management, and health of the website.
For virus related issues, the rate is set at $150 per hour. Typically, website viruses and hacks are a direct result of not making required website updates on a regular basis and/or a poorly structured website. On average websites that have been compromised required 20-10 hours to restore but it is not guaranteed a website can be restored, as this depends on the complexity of the hack.
